You are expected to hold a full manual driving license and be prepared to undergo standard DBS checks. What the Job Involves This role involves leading initiatives to resolve cases of anti-social behaviour and nuisance, coordinating across various agencies including the Newham Council’s Housing service and enforcement officers. You will build and manage enforcement actions, provide guidance to housing providers, and ensure victim support. Your responsibilities include investigating ASB cases, gathering evidence for legal processes, and ensuring compliance with legislation. You will work flexibly to support service requests both during standard hours and as part of an out-of-hours rota, maintaining detailed records and reports. Collaboration with key stakeholders is critical, as you will chair multi-agency meetings, manage CCTV evidence, and coordinate safeguarding actions, ensuring all interventions are effective and timely.
