The Administrator/Project Support Officer will be a key member of the team, providing essential support for the successful delivery of projects and initiatives within the Provider Collaborative.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements in service delivery by ensuring efficient project administration, coordination, and communication across stakeholders.
The post holder will:
· Deliver high-quality project, service, and administrative support, including data management, information analysis, and reporting.
· Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure successful delivery.
· Provide detailed reporting and analysis of project-related information to aid decision-making and project outcomes.
· As a key member of the team, the post holder will enable, promote, and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge, and technology to enhance the delivery of the Trust’s project portfolio. They may also be required to carry out other appropriate delegated duties as needed.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Transformation and Improvement Project Manager to develop and maintain robust project processes, ensure alignment with the Trust’s strategic objectives

a) Project Coordination and Support
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and action logs.
• Coordinate and support project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
b) Data and Information Management
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform project decisions and performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and manage information in line with NHS data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
c) Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the first point of contact for project-related enquiries, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Support stakeholder engagement activities, including preparation of materials and facilitating feedback mechanisms.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clinical, operational, and external teams.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
• Manage logistics for workshops, training sessions, and project events.
e) Risk and Issue Management
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and tracking project risks and issues.
• Work with project leads to implement mitigation plans and escalate concerns as appropriate.
