Where you come in As our Finance and Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business, establishing and optimising operational and financial systems to support ambitious growth. You’ll work across the organisation to drive automation, streamline processes, and implement scalable solutions, ensuring we’re equipped for the next stage of our journey. The role will report directly to our Director and will play a key part in creating and recruiting a new junior support position. What You’ll Be Doing Operations Leadership: Develop and optimise business processes and technology with a focus on automation. Build the operational infrastructure to support scalability and efficiency. Collaborate across departments to ensure systems align with business goals. Financial Management: Manage and oversee financial systems, reporting, and accounting practices. Track and analyse key financial metrics in a SaaS-driven environment. Deliver accurate, insightful financial reports to the Director and leadership team. Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. Manage risk effectively through accurate reporting and robust processes. Strategic Insights: Provide data-driven insights to support decision making and drive strategic initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to align financial performance with company objectives. About you Experienced in finance and operations, ideally within a SaaS or technology driven environment. You bring strong technical knowledge and a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions, and SaaS systems. You possess expertise in financial systems, metrics, and reporting, with a focus on automation and efficiency. You demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. You thrive in cross-team collaboration focused on improving processes You hold (or are working toward) a finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA), preferred but not essential. What we offer The salary for the role is between £47,600 to £59,000 depending on experience (you can view our salary band for the role here ).
