1. Experience of establishing and managing subcontracts.
2. Experience supporting bid activity from a procurement perspective.
3. Project Management Skills.
4. Commercial understanding of terms and conditions including the creation of sub-contract documentation and deliverables.
5. Awareness of international procurement and knowledge of ITAR, EAR and other regulations.
6. Understanding of category management.
7. Experience of managing and improving supplier performance
8. Ability to forge strong working relationships with peers, other colleagues and external stakeholders
9. Proactive individual with a high level of communication skills and attention to detail
10. Takes ownership, demonstrates a bias for action, sense of urgency and focus upon continuous improvement.
