Retail Team MemberYou would be part of a team of 9 staff, plus our volunteers who help with our retail and plant offer. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be fully supported, helping you to integrate into the team and learn about all the products that we sell and the stories behind them. You’ll have high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers. You’ll also be able to talk to them about how everything they buy helps to fund the work of the National Trust.
