You will play a key role in the senior management team of the hospital and will deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence. You will support and oversee the clinical structure, including directly line managing our Ward Managers.
You will play a lead role in overseeing all clinical governance processes and will chair the hospital's Clinical Governance Group. You will be a skilled collaborator and negotiator, which will enable you to work effectively across all departments.
