You will develop a deep understanding of the advice proposition and position it effectively to resonate with advisers and customers. Create and deploy marketing collateral You will create and execute marketing collateral that highlight the unique value of Quilter’s advice proposition to advisers and customers. To build this content, you will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure you have all the information required to create high-quality marketing collateral. You will then work with colleagues to monitor the collateral’s effectiveness and adjust it as needed. Integration with overall marketing plan Your individual marketing plan should seamlessly integrate with the overall marketing plan led by the head of marketing. You will also ensure there is alignment with the broader brand messaging and corporate goals. Digital presence You’ll be responsible for bringing the Quilter advice proposition to life through engaging website content. Working with the communications team, you’ll ensure advice proposition marketing is able to positively influence adviser and customer behaviour. Marketing estate management You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of marketing materials, from sign-off to annual reviews. This will involve using Quilter’s marketing Workflow System MPAH. Inbound market research You will be responsible for managing the promotion of Quilter in response to questions and queries from market influencers and key decision makers within an adviser’s business in respect of your area. This could include due diligence requests, award entries and third-party reporting. Stakeholder engagement You will need to interact confidently with senior leaders and work closely with wider teams such as Sales, Operations and Compliance. You will need to clearly articulate marketing plans and results to stakeholders. You will need to manage the marketing relationship with a selection of advice firms who are Quilter Partners. Based on your subject area of expertise, engage with QFA advisers and QFP firms regarding their questions, queries and suggestions to ensure we maintain an agreed level of marketing support and keep it up to date. Commercial mindset and work prioritisation Marketing must align with our business plan, and you will work closely with the head of marketing to prioritise marketing activities. You will need to evaluate marketing initiatives based on their commercial impact and then make informed decisions within allocated budgets.
