Job Title: Marketing Coordinator, ADA

Our award-winning UK team is close-knit and driven, actively collaborating with ADA’s wider global network from our London HQ.
Your role:
As ADA UK’s Coordinator, you’ll take on a central role coordinating key facets of our business, learning essential music industry skills as you participate in tasks including DSP pitching, collating data, communicating information to external partners, and generally supporting the department on a range of projects across many genres.
Whilst primarily providing support to the digital and marketing teams, you’ll gain valuable experience and insight into the functions and strategies of a modern record label and distribution business.
Here you’ll get to:
1. Provide general coordination and assistance to ADA and its digital and marketing departments, collaborating closely with the department heads who will define your key responsibilities.
2. Prepare and circulate various updates including daily charts, sales, pre-orders, and data reports.
3. Assist on weekly pitching to digital service providers (DSPs).
4. Assist in the process of delivering releases to DSPs.
5. Raise purchase orders, set up new suppliers, and manage the payment process to external companies.
6. Send out music, updates, and newsletters to relevant people.
7. Attend department and project meetings, taking minutes and circulating them with the teams.
8. Perform general and ad hoc administrative tasks.
About you:
1. You have experience as an Intern, Assistant, or Coordinator in a record label or relevant company.
2. You’re a creative individual with a passion for music, ready to bring lots of new ideas to the company.
3. You’ve got great organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
4. You’ve got first-class communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
5. You’re digitally savvy with a keen interest in streaming, content, and social media.
6. You have Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
7. You’re open-minded, enthusiastic, and a collaborative team player: no task is too big or small for you.
We’d love it if you also had:
1. You have experience within a music distribution company.
2. You have experience in music-related data systems.
