Job Title: Inspector

Join Rolls-Royce and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of aerospace engines. As an Inspector, you'll be part of an integrated team delivering high-performance solutions, inspecting engines for a variety of our customers' aeroplanes. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for aerospace engineering, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct detailed inspections of aerospace engine components and modules.
* Use precision measurement tools and techniques to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
* Work closely with production, development, and overhaul teams to maintain quality and safety.
* Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Who We're Looking For
* Have completed a time-served apprenticeship with relevant aerospace inspection skills.
* Be qualified to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent.
* Have experience in aerospace strip and build procedures.
* Be proficient in using measurement tools and techniques.
* Have experience with conditioning/sentencing aerospace parts and assemblies.
* Be computer literate with the ability to work with digital inspection tools.
Additional desirable skills include:
* Experience with engine intrascoping and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection.
* Knowledge of repair limits and aerospace component sentencing.
* Training in risk assessment and COSHH.
* The ability to train others and support team development.
