Your Chance to Inspire the Future
In the heart of Swadlincote, an opportunity awaits. Not just a job—but a calling. A chance to step forward, roll up your sleeves, and shape the minds that will build tomorrow.
Are you ready to embark on this journey?
The Mission
This isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s for the doers, the thinkers, the nurturers. It’s for those who understand that working with children is both a privilege and a responsibility. As an Entry-Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll become the steady hand that helps guide the next generation.
We’re not looking for perfection; we’re looking for potential. If you’ve coached, led, taught, or simply stood in a room full of kids and thought, “This is where I belong,” then this is where you belong.
What You’ll Receive
• The Tools to Thrive
Training delivered by seasoned Classroom Ambassadors—experts who’ve been in the trenches and emerged wiser, sharper, and ready to pass the torch.
• A Laboratory of Learning
Our Specialist Learning Centre is more than just a training space; it’s a proving ground. Here, you’ll develop the techniques and mindset needed to tackle any classroom challenge.
• Wisdom Forged in Experience
Learn from a SEND expert with 15+ years in the field and a Master’s in Autism. These aren’t abstract theories—they’re actionable strategies you can deploy on day one.
• A Clear Compass
This isn’t aimless training. It’s a step-by-step pathway that takes you from where you are now to where you want to be: thriving in education.
Your Toolkit for Success
Every great Teaching Assistant carries these tools:
* Behaviour Management Mastery: Calm the storm. Create order from chaos.
* Child Mental Health Awareness: Be the steady, supportive presence that every child deserves.
* Safeguarding Expertise: Protect and empower the vulnerable.
* Creative Brilliance: Spark joy with activities that engage and inspire.
* Communication Excellence: Build trust. Foster connection. Make every child feel seen and heard.
* Adaptability for Additional Needs: Tailor your approach to fit every learner, every time.
These skills are not just taught; they’re ingrained.
