This pivotal role involves quality control, SLA monitoring, exception management, and close collaboration with various teams, including operations, engineering, and suppliers. Core Responsibilities Operations management Manage and resolve issues related to AGV, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations. Maintain real-time tracking and reporting of data, including adjustments to optimize workflows. Oversee SKU adjustments dynamically to enhance efficiency. Manage sorting lane configurations and manual sorting tasks, addressing non-standard items and exceptions. Implement and manage system updates for sorting ports to align with operational goals. System and Equipment Maintenance Handle system updates and changes, including sorting port configurations, to improve operational processes. Schedule routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, such as printers, to ensure uninterrupted workflows. Inventory and Replenishment Management Maintain accurate safety stock levels and adjust parameters based on demand forecasts. Manage replenishment files and implement logical changes to inventory systems to avoid delays and inefficiencies. Data and Reporting Generate and analyze company WMS reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Monitor SLA performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports, addressing issues proactively. Track and resolve operational exceptions, preparing detailed exception reports to identify and address root causes. Space Optimization Reorganize and optimize warehouse zones and storage locations to maximize space utilization and streamline operations. Add or merge locations as needed to improve operational flow and efficiency. Communication and Collaboration Coordinate with company headoffice, the helpdesk and operational teams to resolve urgent system-related issues. Facilitate effective communication across teams, including engineering and suppliers, to address system and equipment challenges. Foster clear information flow among departments to prevent misunderstandings and ensure seamless operations. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for enhancing warehouse processes and implement solutions to improve performance. Support daily tasks such as receiving, labeling, picking, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Further studies in logistics, supply chain, or a related field are a plus. Prior experience in warehouse operations, including handling shipments, inventory management, exceptions, and SLA reporting. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), exception handling systems, and reporting tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel). Strong bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (oral and written) for clear communication and reporting.
