We are recruiting a talented Commis Chef to join our award-winning kitchen brigade at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh.
Our hotel is one of Scotland's leading 5-star hotels, boasting the largest banqueting and meeting facilities in Edinburgh, with a capacity of up to 500, and our One Square Restaurant and bar.
As a Commis Chef, you will work in our diverse kitchen, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as banqueting operations, under the guidance of our Executive Chef. Our restaurant serves Scottish cuisine, combining contemporary flavors with traditional techniques, using only the finest quality ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform all preparation and general culinary duties.
* Ensure your section is fully prepared for service times.
