2. Performance Management: Oversee task distribution, prioritisation, and employee performance to ensure productivity and growth.
3. Service Level Adherence: Maintain high standards for internal response times across email and phone communications.
4. Daily Financial Management: Ensure all clients receive their payments promptly each day.
5. Compliance Management: Guarantee full adherence to all compliance obligations, including tenant deposit protection and non-resident landlord tax.
6. Quality Control: Conduct regular spot checks, reconciliations, and quality assurance to maintain accuracy.
7. Complaint Handling: Act as the first line for complaint resolution, addressing issues with care and professionalism.
8. Client Relationship Building: Take initiative to strengthen and enhance client relationships with a proactive, positive approach.
