ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our global marketing strategy. This role will manage the rollout of Croud’s new brand positioning, oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. You’ll lead a range of activities, including thought leadership, digital marketing, website, SEO, PR, and social media, contributing to Croud’s continued brand evolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support with the project management and delivery of Croud’s new brand proposition, partnering with the Chief Marketing & Integration Officer and the Head of Marketing to ensure a seamless internal and external rollout.
* Provide leadership and execute Croud’s global marketing strategy, working closely with the marketing team, Head of Communications, sales team and other key stakeholders.
* Lead the design and execution of Croud's presence at key industry and partner events, including full ownership of curating Croud’s client and prospect events.
* Lead our agency case study process, identifying the impact our work has on existing clients and ensuring this is communicated across our website and contributes towards our agency awards strategy.
* Support with crafting winning awards entries, including copywriting and content production.
* Manage the marketing and content calendars in line with demand and lead generation activations, ensuring clear content pillars are established with Croud’s agency proposition in mind.
* Oversee on-brand, channel-optimised content creation designed to drive engagement with target audiences.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive excitement and collaboration around marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
* Analyse and optimise campaign performance, using metrics to improve results.
* Establish a clear reporting framework and feedback culture amongst both the sales & marketing team function on collaborative initiatives.
* Grow the CRM through targeted newsletters and campaigns, ensuring consistent engagement with our audience.
* Lead website optimisation, ensuring the content reflects the agency’s latest work, services, and unique selling points.
* Lead on ongoing SEO optimisation, working closely with our trusted Croudies to develop and implement an effective SEO strategy.
* Manage Croud’s partnerships with third parties to elevate thought leadership and create content opportunities for the team.
* Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering growth and high performance.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Strong project management skills, from planning to delivery and reporting.
* Collaboration - stakeholder management and influence of internal and external partners.
* Calendar management and organisational and planning skills.
* Copywriting across social content, newsletters, thought leadership, blogs, case studies, awards entries and more.
* Content creation - creative and innovative thinking is encouraged!
* Content production - sourcing assets including copy, images and video.
* Analysis - the ability to pick out performance trends from data and apply that to future content campaigns.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc) is advantageous but not essential.
* CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, etc.)
* Social scheduling (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, etc.)
* CMS management (WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Sitecore, etc.)
* Experience with content creation platforms (Figma, Canva, etc.) is advantageous but not essential.
* Proactive, can-do, no-job-too-small attitude with the desire to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
COMPANY BENEFITS
Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our London office and the remaining days from home if you wish.
