Job Title: Lead Planning, Monitoring & Controls Professional - Controls

Salary: £48,000+ depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
1. Co-ordination across all IDT SC activities on monthly Project Control governance reviews to ensure Risk, Opportunities and CSR Variances are understood.
2. Cash forecast for Supply Chain Activities including regular challenge and liaison with PM Business Ops and senior stakeholders.
3. Work with a variety of model packages/tools, e.g., spreadsheets, database, simulation tools, processes.
4. Conduct governance and assurance reviews to ensure all are working to optimum good practices consistently across all IDTs (Integrated delivery team).
5. Progression of all changes which impact the Supply Chain and interface across the business unit.
6. Presentation of key Business Management information to senior management to support monthly management reviews.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Experience in all aspects of project management with project control and/or supply chain.
2. Experience in general project management toolsets - Use of Excel and MS projects.
3. Degree in a relevant subject, or a substantial amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
4. Project Management Qualification such as the APM Project Management.

The Supply chain strategy and integration Team:
Leading this team will present you with the opportunities to work on a multibillion-pound complex programme, working with enterprise and industry leading partners, in the private and public sector. It is the ability to shape and influence decision making on this critical defence programme. You will be heavily involved across 7 integrated delivery teams and have the opportunity to liaise with senior stakeholders and develop yourself for a lasting career with BAE Systems.
