Teaching Assistant with ALN Experience

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking passionate Teaching Assistants with experience in working with students with ALN, for a large and flourishing secondary school in the Cardiff area. You will work alongside a strong and established team supporting pupils with ALN in a learning support class, with experience supporting students with ASD and/or ADHD being highly desirable.
Recent reports highlight that the pupils are "very enthusiastic learners" who "have an exceptionally strong voice in the school", and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate they will support this.
If you possess the following qualifications or are willing to obtain them, we want to hear from you:
* Experience with ALN students - Your experience matters, and your insights can help shape a brighter future for these learners.
* Enhanced DBS Check - Ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all is our top priority. This can be done with us at Supply Desk if not already in receipt.
* EWC Registration or be willing to apply - Commitment to professionalism and excellence in education is essential.
