Ariya Property Services are currently recruiting for a Part Time Lettings and Sales Administrator to join our busy and expanding team on a part time basis with the possibility of a more expansive role if required. We are looking for a driven candidate to be part of our growing success across Leicestershire. This role will be varied and would suit someone with Lettings and Sales industry experience. The successful candidate will work in our Property Management department and a key part of this role will be to deliver the highest standard of service to our landlords and tenants, excellent customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task are important elements to the role. Core Responsibilities Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Overseeing and arranging regulatory certificates and legal documentation to ensure all managed properties comply with current legislation. Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve issues quickly. Co-ordinate property inspections and reporting accordingly. Assisting with general office duties as required. You must ensure processes, systems, policies, and procedures are always adhered to. You must be committed to achieving excellent performance and delivering an excellent management service. Attending viewings as necessary on both lettings and sales properties along with check in and check out appointments. Skills and Abilities A real eye for detail & accuracy. Knowledge and experience of the property industry beneficial. Proficient in using Microsoft products, in particular Outlook, Excel, and Word. A resilient, positive, and professional attitude. Very strong planning, administrative and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workloads. Confident communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to record and manage accurate information and detailed data. IT literate in standard office applications. Good numeracy and literacy skills. The successful candidate will be able to come in and hit the ground running, with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
