Job Description:
Approach Personnel are recruiting for a Document Controller to join the team of a highly successful construction company in Newark. The ideal candidate will be able to support and facilitate the effective deliveryof the designated schemewhile upholding the highest standards and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to Line Manager / Design Manager
To be the first point of contact for visitors to the site or office and telephone calls (as required)
Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery
Daily compilation, input, and maintenance of Viewpoint (CDE), R Drive, Smart Waste, and Work Wallet
Invoice checks
Ordering of materials and stationary
Deal with photocopy and internet issues
Requirements:
Good organisational skills
Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
Ability to work under pressure
Understand various portal systems
Meet deadlines
Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction sites or equivalent
