We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Manager to lead sales operations for a new sustainability-led scheme delivering 113 private homes.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will drive sales performance, manage and motivate sales teams and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and a strong customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Inspire and guide sales teams to meet or exceed established targets, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and the envisioned customer experience.
* Work closely with legal and sales teams to achieve reservation and contract exchange goals.
* Ensure that sales advisors effectively use the CRM for prospect management and sales generation.
* In partnership with the construction department and the Sales and Marketing Director, plan plot releases to maintain an optimal mix and availability of units.
* Determine pricing for new developments or phases, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
* Participate in construction and sales meetings as needed, ensuring the completion of relevant reports.
* Promote the company's commitment to outstanding customer service by championing the customer journey, surpassing expectations and leading by example.
* Collaborate with sales advisors to complete market research analysis reports as required.
* Assess the presentation of sales information centres, show homes and available units inside and out and coordinate with construction and maintenance teams to address any issues.
