Job Title
As the Head of Marketing at Auger Torque, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and expansion across developed and emerging markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving results-driven campaigns.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing marketing strategies that support business objectives.
* Leading a small but talented marketing team, including setting and monitoring key performance indicators.
* Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to create innovative marketing and branding strategies.
* Monitoring marketing activities, results, and ROI, and sharing insights with the team.
* Ensuring a smooth customer journey that strengthens relationships with clients.
* Maintaining consistent brand identity and messaging across different markets.
* Working with the CEO and FD to plan and manage the marketing budget.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a Business Management related subject.
* Minimum 8 years' experience in a marketing role.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role.
* Fluent level of both spoken and written English.
