We have two vacancies for a qualified and experienced Room Leader to join the ECCC family as a Co-Lead in our 1-2, and 2- 3 year old rooms.We are an independent charity in the heart of Easton committed to quality, child-centred early education. Our children love the centre for its huge garden which inspires risky and messy play of all kinds. Attached to our excellent outdoor provision we have a studio offering woodwork, clay and other medias as well as an allotment.
We are hoping to reintroduce Forest School in the summer.We are proud of the role we play as educators in our community and are dedicated to developing quality practice and thinking about the bigger picture. Leaders have a huge influence on ECCC's policy and practice.All leaders have opportunities to develop their own knowledge and skills in all aspects of early education through regular training (in house and externally) as well as attending 6-weekly supervisions. We want to know what inspires your passion in Early Years and do what we can to keep that fire burning- if there is a particular area of practice youd be interested in taking a lead in we want to hear from you!Collaboratively with our existing room lead you will encourage and motivate a team of up to seven staff, drawing on their skills and interests to maintain the best possible learning opportunities and environments available to our children.
You will work with an allocated budget to meet your cohort's needs.
