Job PurposeThe Project Manufacturing Administration department contains multidiscipline teams responsible for the delivery of umbilical products to our customers. The technical disciplines within the department are responsible for the umbilical product design and verification, associated hardware design and verification, welding engineering and process engineering to allow production teams to produce the umbilical. Job DescriptionThe performance and knowledge lead will be an integral part of the Engineering team to help develop and drive a cultural change towards more lean working and knowledge sharing. The role will be required to work together with the Post Award Engineering Manager and Engineering Leads to gather data relating to Engineering execution performance, analysing and driving problem solving to find solutions. Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate performance tools to identify performance issues and analyse changing trends in performance. Responsible for establishing clear and easy to maintain knowledge management processes for the Engineering department. This includes supporting in maintaining the TechnipFMC Group wide platform "The Well" as well as Engineering templates. The performance and knowledge lead will be responsible for supporting the Post Award Engineering Manager in building a culture of knowledge sharing and drive performance towards Zero waste.Main Duties Develop a central system that gathers data from multiple data sources and assesses weekly / monthly Engineering performance Maintain a clear and organised process to identify inefficiencies, records and monitor progress Record and monitor Engineering performance based on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Develop Engineering Excellence practices Responsible for maintaining the visual management boards with key factors leading to departmental inefficiencies Ensures that improvements maintain a lean approach and implement standardisation, simplification and industrialisation Work together with Manufacturing Performance Lead to drive an integrated approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Work together the Post Award Engineering Manager and TechnipFMC Group wide entities to identify and record inefficiencies to strengthen iEPCI Establish processes for effectively recording and maintaining knowledge sharing tools Develop metrics to monitor the knowledge sharing effectiveness Manage and develop the Umbilical "The Well" page to be clear and user friendly Ensure that information is recorded in a single location and kept up to date Work together with the Pre-Award and NPD/PLM Umbilical teams to maintain a single source of truth Ensure that department and company QHS&E objectives and targets are met Supporting with improvement activities and contributing to the departments Lean initiativesYou are meant for this job if:Mandatory: Experience in performance management and knowledge management roles Experience managing and maintain performance management platforms for dynamic and complex organisations Experience in data gathering and analytics to drive performance improvements Strong organisational skills Strong presentation and communication skills Proficient in Snow Flake, PowerApps, PowerBI Proficient in Microsoft office tool such as word, excel and PowerPointDesirable: Experience in developing lean best practices, rapid problem solving and 8D Experience delivering against challenging schedules in a project management environmentBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
