A leading developer is looking to recruit Head of Sales to run the Sales department at a 5 builder in Buckinghamshire An interesting and unique role, where you will be given the autonomy and opportunity to lead sales and marketing and be part of the senior management team. On offer is a basic salary of up to £120,000 plus package. As the incoming Head of Sales, you will have a proven track record working for a leading House Builder and will have had experience leading large teams across a region. You will be a driven and ambitious individual who is commercially astute, industry established, passionate about the property market and familiar with new homes sales having worked at senior sales level for an industry leading brand. You will be used to influencing positive change within a business and will have strong commercial clout and the ability to be able to make key decisions. You will come from a very strong property background and have experience managing the sales processes and a proven track record of implementing a sales and marketing strategy with a strong focus on customer experience. Reporting into the MD, on offer is a generous package of up to £120,000 bonus and package Key requirements: Extensive new home sales experience in a senior leadership role working for a developer. Experience working as a Head of Sales, or Sales Director for a leading house builder (essential) Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry. Experience in developing, coaching and motivating teams. Very driven and determined to succeed. Knowledge of the new homes property market Report writing skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets n.b. experience working for a housebuilder at head of sales or sales director level is essential and applications without this experience will be discounted.
