Do you speak fluent Spanish? Are you passionate about delivering an excellent service? Do you pick up new systems and processes quickly? As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations team and the wider business, to deliver its service to key customers. You will be responsible for activities including customer service and issue management activities across suppliers. This will involve effective communication with internal teams, external customers, and within the network of suppliers.
Your duties as a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Daily oversight of supplier warehouse and transportation activities.
Query resolution and compliant management, liaising with suppliers and customers and investigating in line with company compliance procedures.
Data analyses and trending, providing input into daily and monthly performance analysis (using statistics and MS Excel) and participating in regular review meetings.
Maintaining excellent relationships with customer and suppliers, ensuring service is delivered against agreed SLA’s.
Communicating professionally and effectively both internally and externally.
Participating in customer and supplier review meetings.
