Position Details:
Location: Silloth
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM (Voluntary Saturdays available)
Pay Rate: £12.12/hr to £12.60/hr + £45 weekly attendance bonus
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing top-notch products with care and precision
Keeping aisles and bed ends clean and organised for a safe working environment
Operating and maintaining machinery safely and efficiently
Committing to personal and team safety at all times
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who are:
Physically fit to handle the demands of a busy production environment
Possessing their own transport (unless you're local)
Previous production experience is preferred but not essential-training will be provided to help you succeed!
