A Primary School which is part of a very established Academy Trust is looking for an experienced Administration Manager. This is a school which prides itself on raising standards and committing to the success of its pupils. The role is a temporary to permanent role will be 8am to 4pm, term time only.
Your new role
Working in a busy office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office. This will include management of staff and delegating tasks amongst the team, finance (processing invoices, BACS etc.), and typing letters for the head teacher. You will support in the day to day running of the office from supporting with reception, dinner monies, updating registers, and dealing with parent pay. You will take the lead in organising the office workload and have a proactive approach in coordinating activities around the school calendar.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recognised management experience in all of the above areas. You will be a resilient individual with the ability to work under pressure and be able to meet conflicting deadlines. You will be an organised individual with the ability to manage different functions of the school as well as excellent communication skills (including written, oral, and presentation skills).
