As a Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring effective planogram creation and management to support our range reviews and store operations. You’ll be responsible for downloading and importing Co-operative Group (tCG) plans from JDA to R&S, ensuring accurate assignment of planograms to stores based on their space requirements and business needs. You’ll collaborate closely with the Ranging Team, notifying them of any product setup requirements to facilitate smooth plan imports. Additionally, you’ll work with the Commercial Team to determine which products to add, remove, or retain within planograms to achieve the best possible layout. Your role will also involve completing shelf-only projects, manually adjusting layouts where necessary, and ensuring that all planograms align with operational and commercial requirements. You’ll replicate and refine historic range reviews, consult with teams to optimise space usage, and contribute to promotional planograms by managing imports and assignments.
