Key Responsibilities of the role
Copper is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help us set the institutional standard for the digital asset industry. You will be a natural team player/leader, have an open and collaborative mindset and ability to solve problems creatively.
You will be part of the Product team, and will be working closely with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
* Lead design initiatives for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements
* Ensure design consistency and product experience across Platform, apps, website and collateral whilst adhering to Copper brand and marketing guidelines
* Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
* Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to effectively communicate design concepts
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designer and other stakeholders to bring product visions to life
* Analyse and identify new product improvement opportunities
Your experience, skills and knowledge
* Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
* Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
* Strong ability to understand client objectives and creatively translate into product design
* Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
* Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
* Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
* Ability to get things done and deliver in a fast-paced innovative company
* Experience working in the digital asset industry
* Experience working in the financial services industry
