Our client are a fast growing Tech company who provide IT & Comms technology to a range of business UK wide. With various locations throughout the UK they currently have a position available for a Customer Service Advisor at their Pencoed site. Main duties: Taking inbound calls from client who need tech assistance. Triaging each call efficiently Log detailed tickets to ensure technicians can work quickly Attempt basic trouble shooting where appropriate Updating clients Escalating urgent requests to specialists To apply: This role would suit someone from a contact centre background (this is a H.O role not a contact centre) due to the volume of incoming calls. Candidates need strong written and clear verbal communication skills Comfortable using CRMs The ability to work calmly under pressure. Candidates with IT/ Comms experience are encouraged to apply. This is a full time permanent role. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. This is a Head Office role, candidates wishing to apply must be available to work in the office during those hours.
