Company: Barker Munro Recruitment is recruiting for a small team of Customer Service Advisors to join a Claims management insurance organisation.
Role Overview: You will be trained to be the first point of contact for all policyholders across multiple insurance products. You will provide excellent customer service with a natural ability to treat policyholders fairly and have consideration towards any incident/situation.
Responsibilities:
1. Display active listening skills and demonstrate this on every call.
2. Ask questions to ensure all the required information is captured.
3. Work a total of 37.5 hours a week, including one Saturday out of three.
Qualifications:
1. Great communication skills.
2. Passed maths and English in Secondary education.
