In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, supporting the team, and managing administrative tasks. You will be the point of contact for various office needs, including resource management, scheduling, and internal communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on efficiency and organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Organise and plan office events, team activities, and client meetings. Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records. Prepare and manage office budgets, ensuring expenses are within limits. Handle correspondence, including email, phone calls, and postal mail. Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and welcoming. Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. MUST HAVES: Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. DESIRABLES: Previous experience in a fast-paced or dynamic office setting. Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment and employee training. Experience in budget management and financial reporting. Familiarity with office management software and tools. A background or interest in sustainability or green practices.
