You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office with experience with using office equipment such as copiers, printers and scanners, ideally with a background in customer service or administrative support roles. Previous experience in a legal environment would be beneficial, but not essential. Amazing communication skills, an organised approach and a positive attitude to work will allow you to excel in this position. What will I be doing? As the Office Administrator, you will be providing full and comprehensive administration support for the Directors, Fee Earners and other members of the team. Day to day you’ll be conducting general administration tasks to support the efficient operation of the firm which could include (but not limited to): File audits Archiving Updating templates Scanning, copying and filing Proofing documents Setting up and issuing letters Answering the telephone Taking notes Additional duties will consist of drafting basic court documents and standard letters, allowing you to gain a real insight into the legal world.
