They are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Commis Chef to join their award-winning team in Stamford. The role involves assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing food and performing basic cooking tasks, while supporting the management and delivery of all catering services to ensure resident choice, dignity, confidentiality, and safety are maintained. Main duties of the job As a Commis Chef, your primary role will be to assist the Chef de Partie in preparing food and performing basic cooking tasks. You will work in different areas of the kitchen, such as vegetables, fish and meat, and sauces, usually on a six-month rotation programme.
