come and join our Kitchen Teams.

o Head Chef: £18/hour
o Sous Chef: £16/hour
o CDP: £13/hour
Head Chef
* Key Responsibilities:
o Lead the kitchen in the
Head Chef’s absence, ensuring high standards and smooth operations.
o Prepare exceptional food,
following company specs and creating specials.
o Oversee kitchen sections,
develop and train junior staff.
o Control costs, manage
waste, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene
regulations.
o Handle routine cleaning,
stock management, and maintenance issues.
Sous Chef
* Key Responsibilities:
o Step in for senior chefs
as needed, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
o Prepare food to company
standards and manage kitchen sections.
o Support and train junior
staff, manage costs, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
o Assist with cleaning and
other essential kitchen tasks.
CDP (Chef de Partie)
* Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare high-quality
dishes according to company standards.
o Manage a designated
kitchen section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
o Monitor costs, control
waste, and maintain strict hygiene standards.
o Support routine cleaning
and assist with various kitchen duties.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a
chef is required.
* Own transport is
beneficial for shift flexibility.
