Agrii is a leading provider of agronomy services, technology and strategic advice. The Logistics and Supply Chain team includes over 200 employees working across 35 depots covering the whole of the UK.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced and professional Admin Assistant for our Inverurie Depot, to provide a first class delivery service to our customers.
The Applicant must have proven experience and be prepared to work in a fast paced and busy environment to support the Logistics and Ground Contracting administration. The applicant will report into the Depot Manager on site and cover the site in his absence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Excellent Microsoft office products and business systems - placing orders, updating information and handling customer queries
* Exceptional customer service – whether in person, over the phone or email
* Communicate at all levels across the business
* Close attention to detail is critical
* Strong Admin Skills - organized and efficient and be able to meet targets during fluctuating demands
* Time Management and able to prioritise tasks
This is a full-time but permanent role – Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week – there may be flexibility to earlier finishes in the off-peak periods, to be discussed at the interview stage.
