To help us continue this journey, we are looking for an Assistant Property Development Manager to join our growing, friendly team. This is a permanent position and you’ll help us build on our success to date by continuing to deliver and grow our pioneering impact property fund initiatives. Reporting to the Property Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting them in the refurbishment and handover to our Housing Partners, of properties that we acquire. You will work collaboratively with other teams in identifying and problem solving all the way through the refurbishment process, ensuring the Resonance Homes Standard is achieved and all Homes are to Decent homes Standard and Building Safety requirements You will be a good communicator as you will be working with both internal and external teams, such as Contract Managers, Property Viewers, EPC/Retrofit Assessors, Electrical and Gas Safe Engineers to make sure our properties are refurbished on time and on budget for our VIPs - adults and children who were previously in a housing crisis, homeless, or in temporary housing. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR US – RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Property Development Manager in the recruitment process for contractors and contract managers Support the Property Development Manager in coordinating property refurbishments to ensure the most cost effective and economical use of resources Work within budgets set by the Investment Committee Monitor the delivery of void repairs in line with agreed policies and performance standards Ensure our internal monitoring and reporting system is up to date and weekly dashboards are produced to show current position Responsible for the collection and input of data related to the properties being refurbished.
