Main Duties of the Job
Your main responsibility will be to monitor the practice appointment system. You will interact and assist with patients face-to-face and over the telephone. Your aim will be to give the best patient experience from start to finish.
We're looking for a full-time employee who is flexible for both early and late shifts Monday - Friday.

Job Responsibilities
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties will include greeting and directing patients, dealing with patient registration, booking appointments, and processing of information. You will act as the central point of contact for patients and will distribute information, messages, and enquiries to the clinical team.

* GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
Experience
* Experience working in a GP practice
