We are searching for a key role in the rollout of our client's innovative accessibility programme.
Responsibilities
1. Act as a primary liaison between the Passenger Assist programme and key external stakeholders.
2. Provide clear, consistent communication and updates on the system's functionality and rollout stages.
3. Design and deliver user training sessions to onboard stakeholders and ensure their proficiency with the new automated system.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers and designers to prioritise and streamline research initiatives related to the programme.
5. Conduct user research to gather detailed requirements from various stakeholders, including customers and internal users.
6. Utilise diverse research methods to uncover user needs, preferences, and potential pain points within the system.
7. Translate gathered user insights into detailed product requirements and specifications, driving a user-centred design approach.
8. Define and document comprehensive business requirements, including data needs, functional requirements, and non-functional specifications.
9. Advocate for user needs and experiences throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure optimal user satisfaction.
10. Share research findings and insights to inform decision-making and enhance product design and features.
Minimum Requirements
1. Prior experience in user experience.
2. Experience working with Product Owners, project management teams, and technology specialists.
