About the Role We're looking for a Financial Control Analyst to join our Financial Reporting & Control team, supporting our UK, North America, and APAC operations. Reporting to the Director of Financial Control, you'll play a crucial role in: - Month-end close, group reporting, and financial control across multiple divisions - Reviewing and improving reporting accuracy (daily, weekly, monthly) - Overseeing journal reviews, compliance reporting, and statutory financial statements - Collaborating with auditors, finance teams, and business units - Supporting SOX compliance and process documentation - Driving continuous process improvements across our UK and offshore teams What We're Looking For If you're part-qualified or recently qualified (ACCA/CIMA) and eager to develop your financial control expertise, this could be the role for you We welcome candidates from assistant accountant, financial control, or audit backgrounds looking to take the next step in their careers. Key Requirements: - Experience in financial control processes and reporting - Strong communication skills to engage finance and non-finance teams - Highly organised, results-driven, and proactive in problem-solving - Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables, macros) - Experience with Finance ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion desirable) - Knowledge of FRS101 & IFRS (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
