We are Our Southampton office is looking for a Resource Coordinator to support our Service Charge team. Key responsibilities of a Resource Coordinator will include: You will be supporting our award winning service charge team, helping them with execution of their day to day jobs. You do not need experience in this field, you will learn many aspects of what it is like to work in an accountancy environment which will build and develop valuable skills that will create a solid foundation for any work climate. On a day to day basis you will be mainly computer based and the role involves the coordination of our workload amongst our technical team, working closely with our management team, as well as reporting to the directors. This role is pivotal in the success of our team, working dynamically to ensure that changing client demands, team output and manager requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively. You will be using Excel, PDF Viewers, our own web based project management tool Forsite and a globally available resource software throughout the day, so all skills you have already with this will be extremely welcome As a Resource Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: Workflow & resource management across the service line, across multiple locations and teams Co-ordinating teams and individuals to meet client deadlines and internal KPIs Monitoring and administering of our workflow management software for our internal team and external client users Challenging management to ensure the most effective use of our teams time and expertise is used Forecasting resource to plan for seasonal workload periods General office administration to support the directors and managers as required About you To be a successful Resource Coordinator, we are looking for the following knowledge and experience: previous administration in a professional environment educated to GCSE / A level excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships able to work well within a team and manage own workload organised with high attention to detail excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, highly proficient in Excel. great problem solver with a willingness to learn and develop Experience in a Resourcing role is beneficial but not required, as all training can be provided.
