As we embark on another year of accelerated growth we’re looking for a Marketing Effectiveness Specialist to help us lead the charge into offering “media science” via data science, data engineering and data analytics capabilities to our teams and our clients.

The Role
As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in the Finance department and the wider Operations unit. This position is key to ensuring accurate and timely financial data while supporting Finance as an efficient, value-adding function—helping Impression achieve its business objectives.
This is a full-time role, but we’re open to considering part-time hours if that would make the position the right fit for you.
Responsibilities
Accountable for:
The daily Bank reconciliations, sourcing bills, coding and approving correctly, owning any subsequent queries and nominal postings
Handing over approved invoices to the Assistant Accountant, approved inline with the company authorisation levels
Own the ApprovalMax process from entry to completion
Verifying and approving employee expenses, pushing back and questioning where spend is outside of the expenses scope or non compliant
Consistent and accurate use of department systems
Timely chasing of Aged Debt
Responsible for:
Maintenance of all documents required for external review
The timely and effective collection of debt in accordance with policies and procedures, escalating where appropriate
Adhering to the internal audit processes
Supporting with:
Any reconciliation requirements and transactional queries in relation to statutory submissions
Ad Hoc projects or other routine tasks as and when needed

SALARY: £24,500
Please note, this role is a hybrid role, in line with our flexible working policy. We look to hire candidates who are no more than a 90 minute journey away from our office locations to ensure your personal time is protected and that you're able to travel into the office when necessary.
