Please note they work 2 days a week in their Leatherhead office and 3 days from home- you must be able to work from Leatherhead two days per week. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day running of press office activities for key clients, working closely with an Account Director and Account Executive. Take an briefs and write technical press releases, news stories, articles, case studies and product pieces. Develop and execute creative PR campaigns across multiple platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders. Oversee media monitoring, reporting, and analysis to demonstrate PR impact. Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication and project delivery, providing strategic counsel. Oversee the development of press materials, including press releases and case studies. Play an active role in the development of initial proposal/timeline/budget and manage implementation through to final delivery for clients. Oversee clients' social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn channels. Contribute to brainstorming or client meetings. Ensure all campaigns align with client goals and brand messaging. Oversee pitching of press releases and feature ideas by phone or email to national, regional and trade journalists, across print, broadcast and online publications, to ensure engagement in covering clients' stories Attend events and industry conferences, including those overseas. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in PR, within an agency environment working on relevant clients (tech/print or packaging). Strong press office experience with a proven track record of securing high-quality media coverage. Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories. Previous team leadership/mentoring experience is desirable. Strong media relations skills, with a network of relevant contacts. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Confident client-facing skills, with experience in account management and presenting PR strategies.
