Position: Vehicle Ordering Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes (MK5 8HL)
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday. Day time hours
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
1. Work in a team of administrators to support the VWG press accounts and the brand aligned specialists across a number of operational and administrative tasks.
2. Liaising with the workshop and Bodyshop to understand workload and highlighting any short turnaround vehicles.
3. General office administration tasks, such as answering the phones, copying & scanning documents and processing of expenses.
4. Ensuring all PCN's and road tolls are paid in a timely manner whilst following each brand's guidelines for processing these charges and ensuring receipts are sent to the specialists for invoice verification.
5. Assisting specialists with any data cleansing requirements on all systems.
6. Running de-fleet reports in accordance with each brand's requirements and frequency required.
7. Ensuring all work has been closed down on the daily list vehicles, whilst updating the specialists on any vehicle problems.
8. Processing of V5's, scanning and saving for record.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience within an Administration/Data/Reporting role is essential.
2. Proven track record in a customer service environment.
3. Automotive Industry experience or knowledge would be desirable, but not essential.
4. Able to conduct data cleanses and report running for the stakeholders and customer.
5. IT literate and able to adapt to new technologies.
6. Strong communicator at various levels - Verbal & written.
7. Team player and able to work collaboratively with other departments on site.
8. Keen eye for detail.
