Senior Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect experienced solutioning CCaaS solutions that deliver outstanding Customer Experience. Expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (AWS Connect experience a plus) with an emphasis on customer-facing demo and presentation skills. Your Impact: Review RFP requirements while leading solution design Develop and deliver technical presentations Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities, both in person and remotely, to include providing live product demonstrations Build and configure demo scenarios in Genesys including ACD, IVR, outbound dialers, queuing, skilling, quality, ACD, Email, Web Messaging, and SMS and other digital channels Your Qualifications: 7years of technology related sales or business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies. Abachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or MIS, or equivalent experience. Genesys Cloud CX certification(s). Experience migrating from Genesys PureCloud a strong plus.
