Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Wanted for KS2\n\nTradewind Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HLTA to join our team. The successful candidate will work in Key Stage 1/2 classrooms and provide support to teachers, helping to deliver engaging and effective lessons.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupporting teachers in the delivery of the curriculum\nLeading small group interventions\nProviding one-to-one support for pupils\nCovering classes in the absence of the teacher\nEncouraging and supporting pupils in their learning \n\nRequirements:\n\nA Level 3 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification\nExperience working in primary school settings\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nA positive and proactive attitude\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nA passion for education and helping children to reach their potential\nHold a valid DBS or be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.\nProvide a CV with employment/education history included. Employment breaks must be explained.\nHave the legal right to work in the UK.
