Experienced Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant A growing business is seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant to support the UK leadership team. This dual role involves: Financial management support – assisting the CFO with bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, debt recovery, payroll, and VAT returns. Executive support – managing diaries, emails, travel, meetings, HR admin, and ad hoc tasks for the CEO. Role & Requirements Strong bookkeeping/accounting knowledge (experience with Xero is a plus) Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting Highly organised with excellent communication skills IT literate and comfortable learning new systems Self-motivated and able to work independently Details Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) Benefits: 26 days holiday US bank holidays, pension Location: Primarily home-based with occasional in-person meetings Hours: Flexible, but some evening work required to liaise with UK clients This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a varied and flexible role within a growing business
