Job Description
As the Product Director at COS, you will lead and inspire our Buying, Design, and Production teams to build a world class, elevated product offering in accessible luxury. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define and execute the product strategy to ensure the highest standards of quality, design and value. You will set ambitious business targets, foster cross-functional collaboration, and lead your team to deliver elevated and exceptional, customer-centric fashionable products. This role is part of shaping the future of a dynamic, Global brand, combining a passion for products, strategic leadership with creative and commercial excellence.
What you will do:
* Product Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy that positions our brand as a leader in the market, delivering exceptional value through quality and design.
* Business Growth & Innovation: Oversee the development of a commercially viable product line, and drive product innovation. Balance short- and long-term business goals to ensure sustainable growth.
* Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within all processes. Focus on delivering qualitative and relevant products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Customer-Centric Focus: Keep the customer at the forefront of decision-making, ensuring our products meet evolving needs and preferences.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the management team and other departments to contribute to the broader strategic direction of the company and creating a world class offer every season.
* Performance Evaluation: Utilize market trends and customer insights to set annual goals, ensuring our product portfolio remains competitive, elevated and aligned with industry best practices.
* Leadership & Inspiration: Lead and inspire a team of senior leaders across Buying, Design and Production departments to execute the product vision and strategy. Foster an open, collaborative and dynamic environment.
* Team Development: Empower and guide your teams, fostering both existing expertise and new developments to deliver high-quality, on-brand products.
* Inclusivity & Communication: Foster an inclusive team environment, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and values that everyone feels engaged and respected.

* Extensive and proven experience as a Product/Buying Director or similar executive role within the global fashion industry.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large diverse and creative teams.
* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to balance creative vision with commercial viability.
* Strong understanding of fashion, market trends and customer insights.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fashion and innovation.
Additional Information
This is a full time permanent role based at our Head Office in London. Flexibility needed to travel when required is essential.
