As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Temporary Purchasing Administrator to join our team. Role Overview: As a Temporary Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with supplier communication. Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing purchase orders and requisitions. Maintain and update purchasing databases and records. Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management. Support the procurement team with administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Why Join Us?
