This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong industry experience and leadership skills to support branch operations, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service in one of Scotlands most scenic and active regions.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving branch sales targets
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency
Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Develop strong relationships with trade customers, local contractors, and suppliers
Contribute to business development through local engagement and customer retention
Maintain a safe, organised, and professional branch environment
Step into the Branch Manager role when required
What Were Looking For: Experience in the plumbing and heating or wider builders' merchant sector is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to build rapport with trade customers and maintain long-term relationships
Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced branch environment
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred
