We are recruiting for a Retail Manager for our Uxbridge shop, which is a modern store full of pre-loved items.
This is charity retail, but it's not what you think. We only sell fashion and home furnishings that are right on trend, and our stores are set up to compete on the high street. The role is just as commercial and challenging as anywhere else, and Retail Assistant Managers are expected to utilize their previous visual and fashion experience to assist in setting up and running a commercially viable business.
You will be dedicated to retail, but for you, there needs to be more to it. You’re visual and creative; excellent service and great standards are second nature to you, and you want your store to be the best it can be while also giving something back.
